Refund Eligibility

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at pogostogo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order details. Once verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Spoiled Items: If you believe the product is spoiled upon opening, please reach out to us with the details and a photo. We'll review your case promptly.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that are not damaged or spoiled cannot be refunded.
